تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسید هیومیک بر برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و اسانس مرزه(Satureja hortensis L.) در شرایط کاربرد ورمی‌کمپوست

چکیده

حاصلخیزی خاک به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل موثر بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گیاهان زراعی و دارویی مطرح است. به منظور بررسی اثرورمی­کمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر برخی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گیاه مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.)، آزمایش گلدانی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در شرایط محیط طبیعی در دانشگاه پیام نور سبزوار انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی شامل ورمی­کمپوست در سه سطح (0، 25، 50 درصد حجمی) و اسید هیومیک در چهار سطح (0، 250، 500 و 750 میلی گرم در لیتر) بود. در این تحقیق، صفات ارتفاع گیاه، طول ریشه، تعداد انشعاب، وزن خشک برگ، ساقه و ریشه، نسبت وزن خشک برگ به ساقه، درصد اسانس و عملکرد اسانس اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که اثر ورمی­کمپوست بر ارتفاع ساقه، تعداد انشعاب در متر مربع، وزن خشک برگ، وزن خشک ساقه و ریشه و نسبت وزن خشک برگ به ساقه گیاه معنی­دار بود، اما این تیمار، تاثیر معنی­داری بر درصد و عملکرد اسانس گیاه مرزه نداشت. بیشترین ارتفاع ساقه و وزن خشک برگ، ساقه و ریشه در تیمار 50 درصد حجمی ورمی­کمپوست مشاهده شد. تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسید هیومیک نیز بر وزن خشک ساقه، وزن خشک ریشه و نسبت وزن خشک برگ به ساقه از نظر آماری معنی دار بود. به طور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که دو کود آلی مورد استفاده، اثر هم افزایی داشتند به گونه­ای ­که بالاترین مقدار وزن خشک برگ، ساقه و ریشه و عملکرد اسانس در تیمار 50 درصد حجمی ورمی­کمپوست و 750 میلی گرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک حاصل شد.

Soil fertility is an effective factor on quantity and quality of crops and medicinal plants. In order to investigate the effect of vermicompost and humic acid on quantitative and qualitative traits of savory(satureia hortensis L.), an experiment was conducted as factorial based on completely randomized design in Payame Noor University of Sabzevar under natural condition. Treatments were vermicompost in three levels (0, 25, and 50 percent in volume) and humic acid in four levels (0, 250, 500, and 750 mg.l-1). In this study, plant height, root length, branch number as well as leaf, root, and shoot dry weights and essential oil percentage and yield were measured. Results indicated that vermicompost affected stem height, branch number per m2, dry weight of leaf, stem, and root, and leaf to stem ratio significantly while this treatment did not have a significant effect on essential oil percentage and yield of savory. The highest stem height and dry weight of leaf, stem, and root were observed in 50% vermicompost. The effect of humic acid was also significant on stem and leaf dry weight and leaf to stem ratio, statistically. In general, results showed that both organic fertilizers had synergistic effect as the highest dry weight of leaf, stem, and root and also essential oil yield were obtained under vermicompost 50% and humic acid 750 mg.l-1 treatment.
